Lucia C.

Lucia C. has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Lucia started their career as a Project Researcher at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, National Cheng Kung University in 2008. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Project Researcher at the Institute of Applied Mechanics, National Taiwan University, where they conducted research on the development of a resonance micro-cantilever beam bio-sensor.

In 2012, Lucia joined Laudic Metal Design Crop. as a Production Coordinator. In this role, they negotiated costs and deliveries with overseas vendors, managed samples, built product development and production schedules, and tracked orders and production progress. Lucia was also successful in reducing air express shipping costs by 20%.

From 2015 to 2019, Lucia worked at Fantasia World Inc. as a Production Manager. Here, they pioneered sustainability strategies on packaging, waste, and deforestation to meet Walmart's expectations on sustainability. Lucia also managed a production team of 4, collaborated with other departments on product development, oversaw factory audits and product quality testing, and ensured compliance with customer protocols.

Most recently, Lucia joined Basic Resources, Inc. in 2019 as a Sourcing Coordinator, where they are responsible for coordinating sourcing activities.

Throughout their career, Lucia has demonstrated their expertise in project research, production coordination, and sourcing. Lucia has a strong understanding of product development processes, quality assurance, and cost management.

Lucia C. completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Cheng Kung University from 2005 to 2009. Lucia then pursued a Master of Science degree in Applied Mechanics from National Taiwan University from 2009 to 2011. In 2017, Lucia attended the Fashion Institute of Technology, where they obtained a certificate in Product Development Manager and continued to further their education in 2018 to 2019 with a certificate in Sustainable Design Entrepreneur from the same institute.
