Operating across Spain and Portugal, Básico RE is a specialized real estate consultant and manager — and your local operating partner in Iberian real estate.
We deliver tailor-made solutions for international funds, financial institutions, banks, family offices, and investors seeking to secure, maximize, or restructure real estate investments across the Iberian Peninsula.
With almost 18 years of operating history in Spain and a team of 180+ specialists — one headquarters in Madrid, six regional offices, and a dedicated head office in Lisbon as the foundation of our Iberian platform.
