Bilha Mutuli

Bilha Mutuli is a People Manager at BasiGo. Bilha has previously worked as an Analyst - People Operations at Instiglio from September 2021 to May 2022, and as a Senior Talent Services Officer at Komaza from August 2019 to July 2021.

Mutuli began their career at Nova Pioneer as a Talent (HR) Associate in October 2016. In this role, they were responsible for managing HR systems and databases, implementing company policies, and overseeing some of the recruiting efforts. Bilha also processed work permits, special passes and visas for expatriates, and managed employee incentive programs.

In their role as Senior Talent Services Officer at Komaza, Mutuli was responsible for all aspects of the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Bilha also conducted trainings on various aspects of HR, such as benefits management and compliance with statutory and mandatory requirements.

As an Analyst - People Operations at Instiglio, Mutuli was responsible for data analysis and reporting on a variety of HR metrics. Bilha also created and implemented process improvements to streamline the HR operations of the company.

Bilha Mutuli's educational career includes a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Human Resource Management from The Catholic University of Eastern Africa, an Award of Certified Human Resource Professionals (CHRP) from the College of Human Resource Management, and a certification from LinkedIn in Creativity Bootcamp.

They work with Moses Nderitu - Chief Revenue Officer, John Arwa - Charging Infrastructure Roll-out Lead, and Mitchell Goes - Vehicle Design Engineer. Bilha Mutuli reports to Jit Bhattacharya, CEO & Co-Founder.
