Jonathan Green

Jonathan Green is the current CFO and Co-Founder at BasiGo. Prior to this, they were the Business Intelligence & Strategy Director at Fenix International from January 2013 to December 2019. Jonathan was responsible for leading and facilitating the annual strategic planning, budgeting and goal setting processes. This resulted in customer acquisition targets, revenue projections, hiring plans and detailed P&L, CF & SOFP projections over 5 years. In addition, they facilitated and managed the creation of company goals and KPIs for over 70 teams, 8 countries of operation, and 1,800 employees.

Jonathan was also responsible for Fenix’s fundraising including equity and debt investments; successfully raising over $35M in debt from impact investors and venture capital while simultaneously managing all aspects of Fenix’s Series C equity raise. The result of which was the acquisition of Fenix by ENGIE, who subsequently invested over $200M over the next 2 years.

As the leader of Fenix’s Global Business Intelligence Team, they were responsible for setting and measuring of annual goals, KPIs, and performance to budget using the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) framework championed by Google. Jonathan was also responsible for the communication and dissemination of performance results throughout the company from frontline staff to the Board, and subsequently the ENGIE-Fenix Steering Committee through a variety of mediums from live dashboards in tableau to annual reports.

Jonathan also led Fenix’s performance review processes including a Monthly war Room, Quarterly performance review, and Annual review. In addition,

Jonathan Green completed a Master of Science in Sustainable Development from the University of Exeter and a Bachelor of Science in Financial Mathematics from Brunel University London.
