BA’SIL was started up by Katlijn De Koninck, an experienced nutritionist who had to contend with hair problems herself. She worked in the food supplement sector, mainly in product development. Then, she decided it was time to start her own product line. The market is already flooded with all kinds of food supplements, but it isn’t easy for most people to work out what is and isn’t good for them.
