basilandpartners is an architecture studio based in India, led by Ar. Basil Kalladi. The practice was founded in 2015 with a vision to create meaningful, context-driven architecture.

We are a group of like-minded design enthusiasts who strive to choreograph spaces that are both contextually sensitive and environmentally responsive.

In consideration of the current ecological state of the world, we believe it is our responsibility as architects to uphold sustainable norms and methodologies while crafting spaces. Our work focuses on fostering a deeper connection between end users and the environments they inhabit by thoughtfully integrating natural light and ventilation, mapping circulation, and strengthening connections with nature.

Our design philosophy emphasizes simplicity and tropical minimalism, aiming to enhance the quality of living spaces and ultimately uplift the communities we serve.
