Founded in 1960 by Greek immigrant Vasili “Bill” Pitsavas, Basil’s Pizza has been serving the Northfield community for over 65 years. Originally “Bill’s Pizza,” the family-owned and operated pizzeria is known for its original recipes, quality food, and friendly service. Proudly serving residents, St. Olaf, and Carleton Colleges, we continue to carry on Bill’s tradition of pizza-making excellence.
