Kelli Eckroth

Kelli Eckroth, MS, SPHR, is a multi-industry Human Resources Leader with extensive experience overseeing HR operations and strategy. Kelli served as the Director of Human Resources at various companies, including Northern Power Systems and A.N. Deringer, Inc., and held positions such as VP of Employee Services at Sugarbush Resort and Director of People and Culture at Tecnica Group North America. Currently, Kelli consults for Prescriptive HR Strategies and is the Director of Human Resources at both Vermont Law and Graduate School and Basin Harbor. Kelli's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in French from the University of Utah and a Master of Science in Leadership and Human Resources Development from Louisiana State University.
