Matthew Busel

Matthew Busel is an experienced product leader currently serving as the Product - Atlas Lead at Basis since September 2025. Previously, Busel co-founded Whalesync, where the company raised $4 million and acquired over 1,000 customers, including notable clients like Clay, Vanta, and Webflow, following participation in Y Combinator. As a Product Manager at MakeSpace from January 2019 to February 2021, Busel developed essential internal tools during the company's growth from Series C to E funding.
