Paul Eccles

Paul Eccles, PhD, serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner at Basis since August 2022. Previously, Paul held the position of Partner at TRINITY from December 2020 to August 2022 and was a Partner and Associate Partner at BluePrint Research Group between March 2018 and December 2020. Prior experience includes various roles at Lumanity from February 2011 to March 2018, progressing from Senior Research Executive to Director Of Business Development. Early career highlights involve positions at Opinion Health between August 2009 and February 2011. Paul attained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biochemistry and Metabolomics from the University of Birmingham and another Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Brunel University of London. Additionally, Paul holds a BSc in Biological Sciences from the University of Liverpool.
