Jing Chen

Jing Chen currently serves as the Dean of Students for BASIS International Schools since July 2022, while also holding roles as a Classics Teacher, Grade 4 History Teacher, and Learning Expert Teacher at BASIS Global since July 2019. Prior experience includes Program Manager at Hangzhou LiDun Culture and Arts Co., LTD and Project Manager at IAESTE CHINA- CiTD, where project development and campus promotions were primary responsibilities. Jing Chen has also worked as a Foreign Language Teacher at Wall Street English China, an English Teacher at Busan Jin Girl’s Commercial High School, and a Native English Teacher at Hwajam Elementary School, emphasizing innovative teaching practices. Early in the career, Jing Chen was a Realtor at EXIT Realty-The Waterfront Group, recognized as Rookie of the Year in 2008, and served as a Leasing Consultant at Campus Advantage. Jing Chen holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship and Finance and a Master’s degree in International Relations and Affairs from Zhejiang University.
