Andrew McKay

Andrew McKay is the current General Manager of Konasearch at Basis Technology. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President and Co-Founder of Attivio from August 2007 to July 2010. In this role, McKay was responsible for sales, corporate marketing, product marketing, and product management teams, and for delivering worldwide sales to plan. Andrew was also responsible for establishing thought leadership and developing and propagating corporate image.

From July 2010 to December 2010, McKay served as the Senior Vice President of Marketing at Virtual Computer, Inc., where they were responsible for all aspects of marketing and lead generation. Andrew was also responsible for developing and executing the company's go-to-market strategy and ensuring thought leadership.

Prior to Virtual Computer, McKay served as the Senior Vice President of Products at GetConnected, Inc. from October 2006 to July 2007. In this role, they were responsible for corporate marketing, product marketing, product management, and sales enablement.

Before GetConnected, McKay served as the Vice President of Sales, Technical Sales, and Product Marketing at Fast Search & Transfer from April 2002 to September 2006. And prior to Fast Search & Transfer, McKay served as Chief Technical Officer at Praedictus Corp. from December 2000 to April 2002.

Andrew McKay attended the University of Toronto, where they earned a B.A.Sc. in Industrial Engineering.
