Jennifer Flather

Jennifer Flather currently serves as a Summer Docent at the Little Compton Historical Society, providing guided tours of the historic Wilbor House. Previously held a variety of roles at Babel Street, including Chief of Staff to the Chief Revenue Officer and US Public Sector Accounts Manager, as well as Program Manager for a $2.2M software program for the Department of Defense. Jennifer's extensive experience in the military includes various leadership positions in logistics, program management, and food service, notably overseeing a $118M budget. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from Russell Sage College, an MA in Organizational Behavior from The George Washington University, and a Graduate Certificate in Public Administration from Indiana University.
