Anna Pleikis

Anna Pleikis has extensive work experience in software engineering and data engineering. Anna is currently serving as the VP of Software Engineering at Basis Technologies since October 2021. Before that, Anna worked at Centro, where they held various roles including VP of Software Engineering from May 2019 to October 2021, Sr Director of Data Engineering from March 2018 to April 2019, Director of Data Engineering from July 2016 to February 2018, and Sr. Data Architect from March 2015 to July 2016. Prior to Centro, Anna worked as a Database Architect at eMeter, a Siemens Business from November 2010 to March 2015, and at Sears Holdings Corporation as a Database Architect/Engineering Manager from January 2010 to November 2010. Anna also served as a Senior Database Engineer at eMeter Corporation from January 2008 to December 2009. Anna started their career as a Senior Database Engineer at Minerva Networks from 2001 to 2007 and as a Senior Software Engineer at ECTone from March 2000 to March 2001.

Anna Pleikis obtained their MS in Computer Science from the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI (Moscow Engineering Physics Institute) during the period of 1991-1997.
