Crystal Sutton

Crystal Sutton is an experienced leader in education and development, currently serving as Manager of Education & Development for Operational Programs at Basis Technologies since November 2021. Previously, Crystal worked as a Leadership Development Manager, coaching clients in various sectors, including corporations and nonprofits, to enhance their leadership potential through the CliftonStrengths assessment. As Associate Director of Leadership Training & Talent Development at Delta Gamma, Crystal developed and implemented innovative leadership programs for a global organization of 250,000+, and established a Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion committee. Crystal also held positions at Case Western Reserve University, where responsibilities included advising student organizations and managing significant budgets, and at Florida State University, where event coordination and development support were primary focuses. Crystal holds a Master of Science in Higher Education from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from The Ohio State University.
