John Botero

John Botero has extensive experience in customer support and account management, currently serving as the Director of Platform Support at Basis Technologies since November 2013. Prior roles at Basis Technologies include Manager of Customer Support and Senior Customer Success Manager. Prior to this, John held the position of Account Manager at SiteScout and worked as a Physical Damage Adjuster at CAA South Central Ontario. From 2005 to 2010, John was a Client Services Representative at PHH Arval. Additionally, John worked as a Recovery Specialist and Account Representative at Anderson Sinclair LLP, focusing on clients from CIBC. John holds an Ontario Law Clerks Diploma and an Ontario Law Clerking Certificate from Humber College, completed between 2006 and 2009.
