Matthew Klaers

Matthew Klaers is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and reporting. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Financial Planning & Reporting at Basis Technologies since February 2021, Klaers previously held the position of Director of Financial Reporting at Centro, where involvement included overseeing financial operations for a leading digital media automation platform. Prior roles included Sr. Director of Financial Reporting, Manager of Financial Reporting, and Senior Accountant at Surgery Partners, LLC, where Klaers managed financial operations for multiple surgery centers. Additional experience includes positions at Liberty Sports Interactive and AIR-serv Group LLC, as well as volunteer work with AccountAbility MN providing tax assistance to low-income individuals.
