Michael Scarpace is a seasoned professional in client solutions and account management with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Senior Client Lead for Partner Solutions at Basis Technologies since July 2018, Michael manages an $8M+ business portfolio and consistently exceeds revenue targets while maintaining exceptional revenue retention rates. Prior to this, Michael held several positions within Basis Technologies and contributed significantly to the growth of digital strategies for media companies. Previously, as a Senior Account Executive at The Daily Whale, Michael managed a substantial sales book and enhanced client retention rates, while also playing a key role in developing an aggregated news service. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Gragert Research and campaign fundraising positions, with a solid educational foundation in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
