Mike Dean has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Mike started their career in 2006 as a Healthcare Recruiter at Maxim Healthcare Services, where they recruited nurses and managed schedules. Mike then joined CareMax Medical Resources as an Account Manager, where they managed client relationships and generated revenue through contracts with hospitals and doctor's offices. In 2008, Mike became a Senior Recruiter at Maxim Healthcare Services, overseeing and training other recruiters while managing a wellness program.
