Nell McGann

Nell McGann serves as the Senior Director of Customer Success at Basis Technologies since February 2025, having previously held multiple positions at Centro from September 2011 to January 2025, including Director and Manager of Customer Success. In these roles, Nell has been instrumental in onboarding clients to Centro’s demand side platform and collaborating with sales teams to enhance digital revenue while retaining clients. Nell's earlier experience at Centro includes developing media plans, managing the approval process for publisher insertion orders, and acting as a liaison among departmental teams. Nell began their career as an Affiliate Programs Intern, where responsibilities included creating marketing materials and managing resources for publisher partners. Nell holds a Bachelor of Science in Life Science Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earned in 2011, along with a high school diploma from Regina Dominican High School, completed in 2007.
