Wilson Lam

Wilson Lam, CSPO, currently serves as a Technical Project Manager at Basis Technologies, having transitioned from an Associate Technical Project Manager. Prior experience includes roles as a Product Owner and Client Services Coordinator at Risk Control Technologies Inc., where responsibilities included managing the Customer Success Backlog and providing application support. Wilson also held positions at WFG - World Financial Group as a Senior Representative, contributing significantly to client relationship management and revenue generation. Prior to that, roles included Education Planning Consultant at the Heartland Institute of Financial Education and various positions within the immigration services sector.
