Mantreshwar Jha is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales, business development, and entrepreneurship across various industries. Currently working at Baskit since April 2025 to build a distribution network, earlier roles include Entrepreneur in Residence at Antler and Vice President of Sales at RAENA, where significant growth was achieved in the beauty sector. At Meesho, as Category Head, Mantreshwar played a pivotal role in launching and scaling the electronics and home-living categories. Prior to this, a tenure at OYO involved managing over 1800 hotels in Indonesia and leading the launch of OTAs in multiple Southeast Asian countries. Additional experience includes driving market share at Rapido and establishing quick commerce operations at LazyLad. Education was completed at the National Institute of Technology Warangal with an Engineer’s Degree.
