Selena Schwarm has extensive experience in business innovation and management, currently serving as Head of Business Innovation and previously holding positions such as Teamlead Global Partner Management and Produktmanager Software at Basler AG. Prior to this, Selena gained expertise as a Consultant in Strategy & Operations at Ramboll Management Consulting and participated in the Dräger Best Student Program. Academic achievements include completing a Master of Science in Management of Innovation and Business Development from Copenhagen Business School, alongside a Master Thesis focused on Business Excellence at Philips. Additional experience includes working as a Corporate Relations Student Assistant at Innovation Roundtable®.
