The Bassili family and its company has been smoking salmon for over 35 years now, with factories in the GCC and the Middle East distributing to 5 stars hotels, airlines, supermarkets (Spinneys, Waitrose, Carrefour..), restaurants under le Fumoir by Joe Bassili. Today Bassili.co opened more than 3 restaurants (Sal's Sushi Bar, Sal's burger Kitchen and Casa Della Pasta - with 3 Cuts opening soon). 

Bassili.Co is moving forward and looking to expand their business in other GCC areas and the EU market.
