Senior Manager, Customer Experience

Tyler Hicks is an education leader with a commitment to advancing equity, access, and engagement in communities of color through strategic partnerships and program management. They have acquired diverse experience in youth development, program evaluation, and health education, having held multiple roles at organizations such as iMentor and the University of Michigan. Currently, Tyler serves as the Senior Manager of Customer Experience at BASTA and the NYC Partnerships Director at Equal Opportunity Schools. They possess a Master of Public Health from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Public Health from Wheaton College.
