Since our inception in January 2009, Bastion Akademie has become a trusted solution for recruiting, training, selecting, and placing the elite of the Global Private Security Industry with esteemed international companies with integrity, confidence and excellence, and in a way that saves recruitment officers valuable time and effort.

Bastion Akademie boats with an 11-year-old proud reputation:

• Never ever was a Bastion Student who successfully completed our 12-months course, fired for poor work performance.

• Never ever was a Bastion Student who successfully completed our 12-months course, Killed In Action (KIA), Wounded In Action (WIA), or Missing In Action (MIA).

• Never ever have we had any serious training-related injuries.

• Bastion students are IMMEDIATE STANDOUTS in career interviews, because of the way they dress and because of the way in which they carry themselves.

• Bastion students who successfully completed our 12-months course, are the preferred choice for promotion due to their leadership abilities, positive attitude and energy they bring to companies.

• As far as we know, we are the only international company with a focussed recruitment effort to recruit for attitude, and to train selected young people in a wide array of highly specialised tactical security skills, and who puts in the time and effort to place them with ethical, esteemed international companies.
