Ajay Grover is a seasoned project manager with over a decade of experience at Basware, having held various roles including Associate Lead Consultant, Sr. Technical Consultant, Technical Consultant, and Associate Technical Consultant. In the current role as Project Manager, Ajay oversees the development and management of project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Earlier experience includes full end-to-end project delivery and the establishment of implementation models to enhance business processes. Ajay began professional training as a Technical Consultant Trainee at Basware Corporation, focusing on the company's products and working on test cases. Ajay holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Rayat & Bahra Institute of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science from DAV Public School.
