Aleksandra Indrian, SPHR, is a seasoned professional in Human Resources with a diverse background spanning multiple industries. They began their career as a recruiter intern at HRK S.A. and held significant roles, including Management Consultant at Capgemini and Human Resources Project Manager for the European Commission. Currently, as the Talent Capabilities Lead at Basware, they focus on aligning workforce capabilities with business strategy through competency modeling, career framework enhancements, and targeted learning programs.
