Andreea Drujescu

Andreea Drujescu has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies and roles. Andreea started their career in 2008 as a Management Consultant/Financial Analyst at Relians Corp, where they were involved in financial analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and grant application writing.

In 2012, they joined DTZ Echinox as a Shopping Center Manager, responsible for overseeing all aspects of mall management, including leasing, tenant relations, financial management, and operational control.

From 2013 to 2015, Andreea worked at Xerox, first as a Financial Modeller, where they developed financial models, gathered data for pricing calculations, and provided financial advice. Andreea then served as a Commercial Manager, leading a team and managing the commercial aspects of contracts. Finally, they became an Operations Manager, overseeing a team of Service Delivery Coordinators and focusing on daily operations, training, cost management, and performance management.

From 2019 to 2021, Andreea worked at HCL Technologies as an Operations Manager, where they had similar responsibilities as their previous role at Xerox. Andreea then transitioned to the role of Service Delivery Management Lead for the EMEA region, leading a team of Service Delivery Managers and Coordinators.

Most recently, Andreea joined Basware in 2022 as a Senior Manager - Order to Cash. Andreea is currently serving as the Director - Order to Cash. Specific responsibilities for this role are not provided.

Andreea Drujescu is a certified ACCA Fellow in Accounting and Finance. Andreea obtained their ACCA Fellow certification in 2018. Andreea holds a Masters degree in Project Management from the Universitatea "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" din Iași, which they completed from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, they have a Bachelor's degree in Economics with a specialization in Finance and Banking, also from the same university, which they earned from 2004 to 2008. Andreea Drujescu has also completed the Situational Leadership: Building Leaders certification from The Center for Leadership Studies and holds certifications in Cambridge English: Proficiency (CPE) and Certified Trainer from Ministerul Educației Naționale.
