Anssi Ruokonen

Anssi Ruokonen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in artificial intelligence, product development, and marketing operations. Currently serving as the Head of AI Research and Enablement at Basware, Anssi is driving the integration of AI into operational processes. Previously, as Chief Product Officer at Fluentic and Transfluent, Anssi played a significant role in advancing AI-based multilingual customer service solutions. Anssi's experience also includes strategic consulting at Nordic Morning, leadership in production at Seed Digital Media Oy, and early contributions to the music marketing sector. Anssi's educational background includes a PhD in Philosophy and a Master’s degree from the University of Helsinki, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Music Management.
