Gustav Gnosspelius

Gustav Gnosspelius has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Gustav began their career as a Training Coordinator at Lufthansa GlobalTeleSales, where they coordinated in-house trainings. Gustav then moved on to BCD Travel, where they served as a Trainer and Team Coach before taking on the role of Product Trainer and Manager. Gustav co-founded BusinessClass.se and served as an Editor before founding Silvrigast.se and managing the company. At Basware, Gustav held various roles including Senior Training Consultant and Partner Enablement Manager. Gustav also worked at Travelport Hotelzon as a Product Communications Manager. Most recently, Gustav joined Basware as a Principal e-Invoicing and Technical Presales, after serving as a Senior Technical Presales.

Gustav Gnosspelius completed a Bachelor's degree in HR Management from Lund University from 2002 to 2006. Gustav also took courses in Management at Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz in 2005, Economics, communication, and Finnish at the University of Helsinki in 2004, and Social psychology at Växjö University from 2002 to 2003. In terms of additional certifications, Gustav obtained certificates in "Build a Company Learning and Development Program", "Data-Driven Learning Design", and "The Future of Workplace Learning" from LinkedIn in 2021. Gustav also received a certification in Gamification from Coursera Course Certificates in 2016.
