Senior Customer Success Manager

Harri Partanen is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in customer success and technical support management, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Basware since April 2021, where responsibilities include customer relationship management and the development of customer success plans for strategic clients in the Nordics and Central Europe. Prior to Basware, Harri accrued nearly three decades of experience at Nokia in various leadership roles, including Head of Global Technical Support and Head of Product Support, overseeing large teams and managing service strategy, delivery, and operational responsibilities across multiple regions. Earlier experience includes serving as a Customer Service Engineer at IBM, specializing in hardware maintenance for mainframe computer environments. Harri holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Xamk - South-Eastern Finland University of Applied Sciences.
