Jan Svedström

Jan Svedström has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Jan started their career in 2003 as a Trainee at Dicole Oy / Ionstream Oy. In 2006 and 2007, they worked as a Part-Time Teacher at the Laboratory of Software Technology, Helsinki University of Technology. Jan then joined Tamtron Solutions Oy as a Software Engineer from 2008 to 2010. After that, they worked at AitoSolutions Oyj as a Senior Software Engineer for eight years. Currently, since 2018, Jan Svedström is working at Basware. Jan started as a Senior Software Engineer and was later promoted to the role of Lead Cloud Developer.

Jan Svedström received an M.Sc. (Tech) degree in Networking Technology, Software Systems, and Telecommunications Management from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan between 2002 and 2009. Jan also attended Ressun lukio but did not attain a degree or specify a field of study. In 2023, they obtained a certification in Social Selling with LinkedIn from LinkedIn.
