Martti Nurminen

Mr. Nurminen joined Basware and the Executive Team in December 2019.

As announced on June 28, 2019, Nurminen joins Basware from Solteq Plc, a publicly listed Nordic IT and software company, where he previously served as the CFO. Prior to that, Nurminen worked in various senior financial management roles such as the CFO of Affecto Plc and as Finance Director at Johnson Controls.
