Mikael Bjurs

Mikael Bjurs is an experienced professional with a strong background in leadership and service management within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as VP of Professional Services Nordics at Basware since October 2018, Mikael has previously held significant roles including Director of Professional Services Scandinavia and multiple leadership positions at Ericsson from 1996 to 2018, such as Head of Solution Sales and Delivery and General Manager of Global Services Delivery Center in Finland. Mikael's extensive experience encompasses business development, solution selling, and operational leadership across various regions including the Nordics, Baltics, and Western Europe. A graduate in Computer Science from the Swedish Institute of Technology, Mikael has consistently focused on enhancing service delivery, customer satisfaction, and organizational competitiveness throughout a diverse career spanning over two decades.
