Rahul Sharma

Rahul Sharma is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical consulting and support operations. Currently serving as a Lead Consultant at Basware since June 2017, Rahul has also held roles as Shift Manager in Support Operations and Senior Technical Consultant. Prior experience includes working as an Enterprise Support Engineer II at Quark, where Rahul efficiently managed over 200 accounts and was responsible for the client life cycle process. Earlier, a position as a Technical Support Associate at Dell involved ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems and troubleshooting various technical issues. Rahul holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from Panjab University and has a foundational education in Computer Science, having attended Pine Grove School and Army Public School.
