Raluca Moraru

Raluca Moraru is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in human resources controlling, incentive management, and accounting. Currently serving as a Human Resources Controller at Basware since February 2017, Raluca facilitates monthly forecasting and budgeting processes, conducts variance analyses, and provides monthly reporting to executive leadership. Previous roles include CF Business Controller and Senior International Accountant at Basware, where Raluca developed incentive controlling processes and managed financial systems. Raluca’s earlier experience encompasses positions such as Senior Accountant at Delphi Diesel Systems Romania and Finance Director at Cora Textiles, showcasing expertise in financial analysis, tax compliance, and business consulting. Raluca holds a Master's degree in Accountancy and Financial Expertise from “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University and is an ACCA member from 2017 to 2020.
