Rob Petheram

Rob Petheram has a strong background in professional services and customer success. Rob has held various leadership positions throughout their career. From 2018 to present, they have been the VP Professional Services & Customer Success, Europe at Basware, where they are in charge of the professional services and customer success teams across multiple European countries. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2017, they served as the Director Professional Services, UK at Basware. From 2006 to 2015, they worked as a Managing Consultant at Procserve, focusing on delivery and management roles within professional services. Before that, from 2004 to 2006, they were a Consultant at Xoomworks Ltd. From 2001 to 2004, they held a Consultant role at Logica.

Rob Petheram earned a 2:1 BBA (Hons) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Kent, where they studied from 1998 to 2001. Prior to that, they attended Peter Symonds College from 1996 to 1998. In 2014, Rob obtained a certification in Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Practitioner from APMG-International.
