Rohit Dhiman has extensive experience in technical support and operations, currently serving as Support Operations Lead and previously as Senior Technical Consultant at Basware since September 2015. Prior to this role, Rohit worked as an OSC Analyst at Oceaneering International for a brief period in 2015, focusing on software and hardware analysis for offshore customers and providing technical support. Rohit began a career in technical support with Tech Mahindra from June 2012 to April 2015, working as a Senior Associate Technical Support on the AT&T project, where responsibilities included application support and ticket management for client technical issues.
