Rozanne Palmer is a seasoned Senior Human Resources Business Partner with extensive experience in people and organization development strategies across various business functions. Currently at Basware since May 2016, Rozanne has held multiple senior positions, including partnering with the Customer Support and Sales, Business Development & Alliances, and Marketing teams globally, while also overseeing HR for Basware UK. Prior to Basware, Rozanne served as a Senior HR Business Partner at Adjust Your Set, focusing on restructuring the business for sale. Rozanne's earlier career includes managerial roles at SapientNitro, where responsibilities spanned from HR Business Partnering to HR generalist support. Rozanne holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from London Metropolitan University and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Birmingham.
