Allison Davies

Manager of Implementation and Support at Basys

Allison Davies has extensive work experience in various roles and positions.

Starting in 2006, they worked as an Autism Support Trainer at the Educational Services Unit of the Burlington County Special Services School District. In this role, they provided one-on-one support to students with Autism, focusing on their individualized education plans, promoting learning, managing behaviors, and tracking progress.

From 2005 to 2011, Allison worked at United Retirement Plan Consultants as a Trust Accountant/General Office Support. Allison'sresponsibilities included reconciling trust assets for retirement plans and assisting with various office support projects.

From 2011 to 2014, Allison worked at CoreLogic as a Project Underwriter/Trainer. Allison underwrote condominium associations for project eligibility and utilized their educational background to train staff and create training materials for department processes.

In 2014, they joined Innovative Software Solutions Inc (ISSI) as a Client Service Representative and progressed to roles such as Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, and Client Service Supervisor. In March 2021, they became the Manager of Installation and Support, responsible for managing installations and providing support.

Finally, starting in October 2022, Allison started working at Bridgeway Benefit Technologies as the Manager of Implementation and Support.

Allison then continued their studies at Binghamton University from 2007 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Mathematics. Following this, Allison went on to pursue a Master of Arts (MA) in Mathematics Adolescence Education at Binghamton University from 2009 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Allison has obtained two certifications: the New Jersey Certificate of Eligibility with Advanced Standing as a Teacher of Mathematics and the New York State Initial Teacher Certification for Mathematics, Grades 7-12.
