Jenny Morgan is a board director, CEO, and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience building PE-backed healthcare technology companies. They served as President and CEO of Bridgeway Benefit Technologies from 2009 to 2023 and currently hold the role of Chairman of the Board. They were CEO of ViPS from 1984 to 2006, oversaw its sale to WebMD in 2004, and served as a board director for Mirixa Corporation from 2009 to 2019. They held a seat on the Baltimore Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond from 2009 to 2014 and were its Chair from 2012 to 2014; they currently serve on the Dean's Advisory Council for Johns Hopkins Carey Business School and earned a BA in economics from Brandeis University and a Master of Administrative Sciences from Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School.
