Nitin Mago has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Nitin started their career at Intelenet Global Services in 2007 as a Team Leader and worked there until 2010. After that, they joined Spice BPO as a Deputy Manager and stayed with the company until 2012. In 2012, Nitin joined Polaris as a Manager Ops, responsible for overall process management and achieving key performance indicators. Nitin worked there until 2015. Currently, they are working at Bata India Limited as a GM (Head CRM) in charge of loyalty programs, customer experience, and analytics.

Nitin Mago completed the Executive Programme in Advanced Marketing Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Indore in 2022. Prior to that, they attended Delhi Public School - R. K. Puram from 1992 to 2004 and cleared +2 in Commerce.
