Prashant Bhardwaj

Prashant Bhardwaj has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. From 1996 to 2007, they were the Responsibility Center Head at BTR Automotive Ltd. In 2007, they joined Gujarat Gas Company Ltd - British Gas Plc as the Manager of Organization Development, and worked there until 2009. In the same year, they started working at Bata India Ltd. as the Assistant Vice President of HR.

Prashant Bhardwaj obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the Institute of Social Sciences at Agra University, where they studied from 1992 to 1994.
