Shikhar Kumar

Shikhar Kumar is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as a Business Development Manager at Bata India Limited since October 2023, Shikhar previously held the same title at Page Industries Ltd until November 2023. Prior experience includes working as an Area Operations Manager and Business Development Executive at Raymond Limited from July 2019 to April 2023 and May 2017 to July 2019, respectively. Earlier in their career, Shikhar completed a Business Development Internship at Reinvent Technologies in 2016, and began their professional journey as a Design Apprentice at NRB Bearings Ltd. Shikhar holds an MBA in Marketing from SIES College of Management Studies and an Engineer’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from M.G.M's Jawaharlal Nehru College of Engineering.
