Blake Gillette (Almqvist) is an accomplished professional with a significant background in operations and leadership across multiple companies. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Batch, Blake is focused on developing a premier party marketplace. Previously, as Chief of Staff at Mash, Blake successfully implemented a go-to-market strategy that resulted in substantial user growth. As Co-Founder and COO of GoodGig.Work, Blake launched a platform that secured $1.5 million in seed funding and supported over 400 consultants. At Quanta, Inc., Blake played a vital role in advancing the company from seed-stage to public status, achieving notable growth in product branding and market expansion. Blake’s career also includes experience as Operations Manager at 25 Ventures and Brand Manager at Red Bull.
