Pim Vellenga

Pim Vellenga is an experienced operations and project management professional currently serving as the Head of Operations at Batch LDN since August 2025. Previously, Vellenga held the position of Senior Launch Manager at Emma – The Sleep Company, contributing significantly to the company's transformation into an omnichannel business and developing a strategic plan for expansion to 2,500 stores by 2030. Vellenga's tenure at VanMoof included roles such as Head of Expansion & Strategic Projects, Deputy Chair of the Works Council, Launch Manager for new electric bicycles, and Retail Program Manager, all of which showcased a strong ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-impact projects. As the Founder and Head of Design at Vellenga Overall Creative, Pim Vellenga worked with notable organizations on various design and consulting projects, also founding Biking Viking to commercialize custom bicycle builds. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design from Eindhoven University of Technology and further studies at the University of Amsterdam.
