Ritesh Gupta

Ritesh Gupta has a strong background in the software industry, with over 20 years of experience. Ritesh started their career as a Senior Application Developer at JAK Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd., where they developed customized ERP systems for over 30 companies. Ritesh then worked as a Techno-Functional Manager at Trust System and Software (I) Pvt.Ltd., where they implemented SAP B1 for more than 20 companies and developed a customized module for coal accounting/handling.

Ritesh then joined INECOM Technology Pvt Ltd as a Manager - Professional Services SAP B1, responsible for timely and successful delivery/implementation of SAP Business One projects. Ritesh also gained expertise in SAP B1 as a Senior Functional Consultant at CitiXsys Technologies, specializing in inventory pro add-on implementations and consultation.

Continuing their career progression, Ritesh worked as a Project Manager at Softengine, leading a team to complete project goals/milestones and preparing functional and technical specifications.

At BatchMaster Software, Ritesh held several roles including Senior Application Consultant and Delivery Manager, where they handled client-side implementations/support and successfully completed multiple projects simultaneously. Ritesh also served as the Head of Services B(I) RO, managing the services and project management departments for India and international clients (except USA and Mexico).

Currently, Ritesh is working as the Project & Delivery Head at BatchMaster Software Pvt. Ltd., overseeing project delivery and managing the overall operations.

Ritesh Gupta completed their SSC (Junior Education) from Patwardhan High School, Nagpur from 1987 to 1991. Ritesh then pursued a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) from Government Polytechnic College from 1992 to 1994. In addition, Ritesh Gupta obtained a Certification in the 35 Hour PMP Course from STAR PMO, Project Management Institute in March 2012.
