Mel Lewis

Mel Lewis has extensive experience in various roles spanning from 1992 to 2020. Notably, they served as the Director of Service & Support at BatchMaster Software from February 2020 to the present. Prior to that, they worked as a Leadership Consultant & Coach and Interim Business Ops Leader at A Not-So-Mad Path from January 2017 to February 2020. Other significant positions include Vice President of Business Operations at nuOrder Technologies from June 2017 to March 2018, and Sr. Director, Client Care at Velocify from February 2016 to October 2016. Mel also held leadership roles at Sage from 2005 to 2016, including Director of Customer Support and Service, as well as Senior Director of Portfolio Management. Mel briefly worked as an Independent Consultant at Lariat West in 2005, and held the position of Dir, Business Operations at JDA Software from 1992 to 2004. Throughout their career, Mel has demonstrated expertise in areas such as strategic goal alignment, operations analysis, process improvement, change management, and team building.

Mel Lewis obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Information Systems from Arizona State University from 1989 to 1991. Later, from 2014 to 2016, Mel attended Colorado State University Global and earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Organizational Leadership. In addition to these degrees, Mel Lewis also obtained a Keirsey Temperament Certified(TM) Professional certification from Keirsey in May 2017.
