Ritesh Gupta

Ritesh Gupta has over 20 years of work experience in the software industry. Ritesh has held various roles, starting as a Senior Application Developer at JAK Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd., where they implemented custom ERP systems for multiple companies. Ritesh then worked as a Techno-Functional Manager at Trust System and Software (I) Pvt. Ltd., where they developed customized modules for coal accounting and implemented SAP B1 for over 20 companies. Ritesh later joined INECOM Technology Pvt Ltd, where they served as a Manager of Professional Services for SAP B1, ensuring timely and successful project deliveries. Ritesh then worked as a Senior Functional Consultant at CitiXsys Technologies, responsible for inventory pro-add on implementations and SAP B1 consultation. The next position Ritesh held was as a Project Manager at Softengine, where they led a team and completed project goals and milestones. Ritesh then joined BatchMaster Software as a Senior Application Consultant, handling client-side implementations and support. Ritesh gradually progressed to the role of Delivery Manager and then Head of Services B(I) RO, managing services and project management responsibilities. Currently, Ritesh serves as the Project and Delivery Head at BatchMaster Software Pvt. Ltd.

Ritesh Gupta attended Government Polytechnic College from 1992 to 1994, where they obtained a diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Prior to that, they studied at Patwardhan High School in Nagpur from 1987 to 1991, where they completed their Junior Education, equivalent to SSC. In addition to their formal education, Ritesh Gupta also obtained a certification in the 35 Hour PMP Course from STAR PMO, Project Management Institute in March 2012.
